• 120g Soba Noodles cooked in hot water
  • 90g Smoked Salmon
  • 50g Cucumber sliced in half circles
  • 50g Carrots sliced in half circles
  • 20g Red Onions finely sliced
  • 15g Ginger finally chopped
  • 10g Parsley leaves picked
  • 20g Furikake
  • 40ml Soy Sauce low salt
  • 40ml Sweet Chilli sugar reduced
  • 20ml Water
  • 1 Lemon wedge


    1. For the dressing mix the Soy sauce, Sweet chilli and Water until well combined
    2. In a large bowl add the Noodles and toss with the dressing add the Cucumber sliced, Carrot sliced, Red onion, Parsley picked and Ginger chopped and toss again
    3. Put the Noodles salad in a plate and dispose the Salmon sliced on top
    4. Garnish with Furikake
    5. Serve with a Lemon wedge on the side
