RAW ONEST PROTEIN BAR
INGREDIENTS:
- 270g Oats rolled
- 2 scoops of Onest Whey Protein Chocolate
- 240g Almond butter
- 80g Almond Flakes
- 40g Coconut Flakes
- 100ml Maple Syrup Sugar Free
PREP:
- Line a medium tray with Baking paper and set aside
- In a large mixing bowl add the Oats, Almond, Coconut and Protein powder mix well and set aside
- In a bowl over bain marie mix the Almond butter with the Maple syrup and melt until combined
- Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix together until totally incorporated.
- You may need to add a little bit of liquid to correct the texture of the mixture in this case you can use any Milk (Almond, Soy, Cashew..)
- Pour the mixture in to the tray, press it with the hands to make sure it sticks together
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Slice in12 bars
