PASSION FRUITS MOUSSE

              

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200ml Passion Fruit Pulp
  • 200ml Low Fat Cream
  • 10ml Vanilla Extract
  • 1 scoop Onest Whey Protein Vanilla
  • 200g Bananas frozen 
  • 20ml Coconut Oil
  • 70g Stevia

    PREP:

    1. Whisk the Cream until it becomes whipped Cream and form peaks and become firm.
    2. Add all the other ingredients into the processor. Blend until creamy.
    3. Add the passion blend to the whipped cream.
    4. Top with some passion fruit seeds for flavor and garnish. 
    5. Leave in the fridge for at least 1h.
    6. Serve cold.
