AFTER WORKOUT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1 Kiwi, peeled cut in cubes
  • 250 ml Almond Milk
  • 30g Spinach
  • 1 scoop Onest Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 150ml Coconut Water
  • 2g of Almond flakes
  • 4 Ice cubes
PREP:
  1. Add all the ingredients on the mixer and blend until smooth
  2. Serve on a long glass topped with the Almond flakes
