Yes you sure can! SuperGreens is extremely versatile and can be blended into a smoothie with your favourite Onest Health protein or consumed by itself. It’s incredible either way!

Yes, SuperGreens can be consumed multiple times per day.

However, we recommend only consuming a maximum of 2 scoops per day.

This depends on how strict your fasting protocol is.

The general rule of thumb is that consuming under 50 calories will not break a fast.

As SuperGreens contains a concentrated blend of superfoods it does contain 30 calories, so if all you consume is SuperGreens, it will not break your fast.

SuperGreens isn’t a multivitamin product, however, each serving of SuperGreens contains over 40 different fruits, vegetables and legumes!

This means you’ll get plenty of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes and co-factors that you can't get from typical multivitamins.
