POST WORKOUT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150ml Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop Onest Whey Protein White Chocolate and Caramel
  • 1 scoop Onest Collagen
  • 8ml Maple Syrup Sugar Free
  • 80g Blueberries
  • 50g Banana
  • 8g Flaxseeds
  • Ice

 

STEPS:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
