For the salad:

  • 150g Prawn cooked and peeled
  • 100g Mango peeled and diced
  • 40g Cherry tomatoes
  • 60g Avocado peeled and diced
  • 100g Mixed Leafs
  • 20g Coriander leafs picked
  • 30g fried Shallots 

For the dressing:

  • 1 scoop Onest Collagen 
  • 100ml Olive Oil
  • 40ml Lime Juice
  • 10g Garlic minced
  • 2g Salt
  • 1g Black pepper


  1. For the dressing put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. For the salad in a large bowl add the mixed leafs, Prawn, Mango, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes and Coriander. 
  3. Add the dressing to the Salad and toss well.
  4. Serve in a bowl and finish with fried Shallots on top
