HEALTHY & GLOWING SKIN SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
For the salad:
- 150g Prawn cooked and peeled
- 100g Mango peeled and diced
- 40g Cherry tomatoes
- 60g Avocado peeled and diced
- 100g Mixed Leafs
- 20g Coriander leafs picked
- 30g fried Shallots
For the dressing:
- 1 scoop Onest Collagen
- 100ml Olive Oil
- 40ml Lime Juice
- 10g Garlic minced
- 2g Salt
- 1g Black pepper
PREP:
- For the dressing put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- For the salad in a large bowl add the mixed leafs, Prawn, Mango, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes and Coriander.
- Add the dressing to the Salad and toss well.
- Serve in a bowl and finish with fried Shallots on top
